5. Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
- You will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase and tracking information once dispatched.
- If there are any issues with payment, stock, or shipment, we will contact you directly.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy or another reputable courier service.
- Standard delivery within South Africa usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- We currently ship within South Africa only.
- Free shipping is available for qualifying orders above the specified minimum amount shown on the website.
- Free shipping thresholds may change from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Once dispatched, shipping responsibility passes to the courier, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, incorrect addresses).

7. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your BikeMessenger purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet these conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not returnable.
Return Process
- Email us at info@bikemessengershop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved you may return the item at your cost unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed via PayFast within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are returned in original, unused condition, unless the product falls under CPA exclusions such as customized or perishable items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
